 he production firm "Contour Delta" Ltd. was officially registered as a small enterprise in January 1992. 1993, the company had a complete technological line for manufacturing an extrusion blown film, sealing and cutting plastic bags, and recycling of the production remains. 1996 marked the acquisition a manufacturing line JPS-32 made in Taiwan. 1998, Austrian plastic bags manufacturing machinery HW-800 is acquired, which makes it possible to produce T-shirt-type bags with a seal, or packaging bags. 2001, Taiwan machinery BS-21PA for manufacturing patch-handle plastic carrier bags with reinforced handle is acquired. R&D sector of the company carries out surveys and research continuously to enhance machinery and invent specific tooling necessitated by non-standard orders. Along with upgrading of the machinery in use, company's automobile park is expanding.
There is a design sector functioning on premise of the company, where designers tailor packaging designs for flexographic printing.
"Contour Delta" Ltd. manufactures the following products:
- LDPE, HDPE extrusion blown film and sheet of width 120—1200 mm and thickness 6—150 mm;
- PE sacks for secondary packaging of grocery goods, grained construction materials, and
chemicals, etc.;
- sacks for inlays up to 700×1100 mm;
- polyethylene or polypropylene packaging;
- polypropylene or polyethylene 1 kg packages for such grocery goods like rice, buckwheat,
sugar, etc.;
- T-shirt-type carrier bags (Dollar, Foods, Kodak, etc.);
- Patch-handle carrier bags (Hartmann, Majestic, etc.).
Company buys pelletized LDPE, HDPE, as well as BOPP film with activation no less than 38 DIN.
Flexographic printing service is also available for packaging made of polyethylene, polypropylene, foil, paperboard, etc.). Printing is done using 6 colours with the following options:
6 + 0, 3 + 3, 2 + 4, 1 + 5 — on a film up to 800 mm wide;
3 + 0, 2 + 0, 1 + 0 — on polyethylene packaging with the printing usable area up to 1200 mm wide.
Fountain step varies from 100 to 750 mm.
Photopolymeric forms with maximal surface area of 500×620 mm are produced. Minimal usable pixel is 1—3 %, and maximal one — 98 %. Plates are 1.14 mm to more than 2.84 mm wide. DuPont plates are utilized, but other brands are also available to suit customer's wishes.
Qualified managerial stuff provides for accurate fulfillment of customer's order.
"Contour Delta" Ltd. has also undertaken an opinion poll of its regular customers and worked out a recommended method for organizing client's own business (in form of a business plan) of product packaging.
